What is the best way to lose weight?
There isn't one answer, there are lots.
You must keep it simple, You have extreme ways where you lose weight fast, and you have the do nothing.
The truth is always in the middle.
The first thing is to have a reason. Your should must become a "I must lose weight because...."
As a nutrition coach, have a real down to earth adivce.
1. You must reduce calories and be in a calorie deficit.
This will be the fist thing if you are super frustrated.
2. If you eat too fast, and eat slowly your brain will register that you are full. I do this all the time.
3. As yourself "Where is the protein in my meal?" You must add in protein at every meal and it should be the size of your palm. It helps withe the thermic effect of feeding to increase metabolism
4. Where are the vegetables. Its full of fibre, nutrient
5. Where are your carbs. Cabs are an important source of energy and will help keep your blood sugar stable. A good guide is just a cupped palm size
6. Where are your fats? Good fats such as omega 3 found in flax seeds and olive oil. Coconut oil etc also works. A thumb size works well.
7 You must have your portions under control and make your meals balanced.
